Large Navajo Turquoise Pendant
Large and chunky hand crafted pendant. It has a nice medium-light blue turquoise stone with dark charcoal veining to the center. The abstract teardrop shape is so unique and compliments any ensemble. The artisan mark is stamped in the back "DL"; I could not match it up to any silversmiths that I have on record. It was purchased out in Arizona from a reseller who said he believed it was Navajo, but I have no way of verifying that. The bail is not original but is a good condition and has an opening of approx. 5mm, so a thick chain or leather cord will fit easily. There is one small dent to to the bottom left side of the pendant (please view photos) with no other dents, cracks or breaks to stone or metal work. Polishes to a nice shine and even though large in measurement, it is light and comfortable to wear. The perfect BoHo Chic accessory that will make a bold statement against any color!

Turquoise promotes self-realization and assists creative problem solving. It is a symbol of friendship, and stimulates romantic love. Turquoise aids in the absorption of nutrients, enhances the immune system, stimulates the regeneration of tissue, and heals the whole body. Turquoise crystal properties are connected to the healing energy of water, the life-giving element that sustains the planet and the origins of life itself. This energy of renewal and rejuvenation is what gives the Turquoise crystal its unique ability to support healing intentions and overall well-being.
