What is Estate Jewelry?
Estate Jewelry items are previously owned pieces. Items sold on our website are all estate pieces and sold for under appraisal and lower than average new retail pricing. Estate jewelry is a way to not only acquire unique and in many cases hand crafted pieces, but also to purchase for much lower pricing. Our items vary in time period, please view descriptions below:
Antique - Over 100 years old and include:
Georgian - c. 1714-1837
Victorian - c.1837-1901
Art Nouveau - c.1890-1914

Estate Jewelry Condition?
Items sold on our website will have slight wear from normal use and age, unless otherwise mentioned in item description. Gemstones are natural unless otherwise mentioned and may contain slight wear, (chips or scratches) due to normal use. Each item will display multiple photographs for your purchase confidence and accuracy. All items are inspected and those priced $500 or higher will be accompanied by an independent GIA Graduate Gemologist's appraisal.
Sizing & Alterations
Timeless Treasures now offers sizing of rings and alterations of jewelry items for an additional fee. Examples: lengthening of necklaces and bracelets, modification of earring backs and basic ring sizing. Please contact us with the item of interest and modifications required for exact pricing and wait time.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Your security is important to us. We take every measure to ensure secure and safe transactions by our customers. We process payments through Merchant Services or PayPal for added security and customer peace of mind.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery date. Items must be in original purchased condition; any additional wear or damage that resulted in shipping or purchaser negligence are not valid for a return or refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if there is a condition concern, so we may promptly process a refund.
Shipping and Insurance
Items are shipped via the USPS or UPS. All items include tracking information that is provided to purchaser. All purchases over $200 require a signature upon delivery.
Insurance is included for total purchases of $200 or more. Insurance is provided through shipper (USPS or UPS); claims process must be completed through either USPS or UPS directly. If item is damaged during the shipping process, please do not dispose of packaging materials, as the shipping provider may ask for photos in order to provide a refund.
If another carrier is requested, shipping fee may be required at buyers expense.
