Art Nouveau 18k, Silver & Diamond Plique A Jour Enamel Pendant / Brooch

Diamonds, gold, silver and enamel, what more could a lady ask for? This timeless piece is hand crafted and quite frankly, just amazing.  The wear on this beautiful piece is very light with only light wear to the enamel.  The stunning cobalt blue enamel ribbon highlights the thirty (30) Rose and Swiss cut diamonds that create the flower petals.  There is a pendant clip on the back so this piece can be worn as either a brooch or pendant / enhancer.  It is European in craft and was originally purchased in New York around the 1930's by a Chicago fashion editor.  Her family is looking to part with a few of her jewelry items and this was one of them.  Truly a fabulous piece of history, it is accompanied by an Independent GIA Graduate Gemologist Appraisal.

Diamond is a crystal of Light; its high frequency energy is dispersed into flashing prisms of brilliant “fire” that typifies the sun. It is a spiritual stone, a symbol of perfection and illumination, activating the Crown and Etheric Chakras.  It is a symbol of purity and innocence, of love and fidelity, and embraces strength of character, ethics, and faithfulness to oneself and others. It is indicative of the loving and open nature with which one came into the physical realm, and encourages the aspect of truth and trust. It is a love-bearing crystal, regarded in antiquity as dependable in its virtues only when received as a gift.
