Each dot is a small bar of silver that has been cut with smooth edges.  A beautiful cabachon Robins Egg turquoise stone sits front and center with NO chips or cracks.  This ring is like new and is artisan signed under the shank.  Coming from New Mexico all the way to Texas to try and find a new home.  A perfect gift and versatile style, with a slight Southwest and Victorian feel.  I know...
