Sterling Zuni Hand Crafted Turquoise Earrings
This pair of earrings was originally purchased in Pueblo, NM back in 1998 by a lovely lady named Maria while she was on vacation there with her daughter. She is no longer able to wear these would like to find a new family for them. They are in excellent condition with NO cracks or chips to stone or dents to metal work. The light blue turquoise has white veining and is inlaid with sterling details. These are post backs with butterfly clutches and are very comfortable to wear as they are not heavy. Hand crafted silver work with bead accents make up this classic Zuni jewelry item. Earrings are signed by the artisans Joe Milo Elecario & Cleo Kallestewa- from Zuni Pueblo, New Mexico. The Kallestewas have been jewelry making since the early 1990's. They are noted for this style of abstract geometric inlay.
